When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you provide, such as name, company or brokerage, email address, telephone number, license number, areas of interest, and message content. We also collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser user agent, referring page, and campaign parameters, and we use Google Analytics to understand site usage in aggregate.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, provide requested property information, operate registration and alert programs you sign up for, maintain records required of real estate licensees, and improve this website. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS / text-message program privacy
Mobile information, telephone numbers and SMS consent records will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to operate the messaging program, process requests, maintain security and provide requested services. SMS consent is not transferred to third parties for their independent marketing.
We retain records of SMS consent (including the consent language shown, the time of consent, and opt-out events) as required to operate the program lawfully. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate this website and communications, including website hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend), analytics (Google Analytics), and — for text messaging, if and when active — a messaging platform (such as Twilio). These providers process information solely to provide services to us.
